 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have knee surgery coming up soon, and needed grab bars installed in the tub. I called on Friday. Matthew answered the phone personally and said he would try to fit the job into their schedule. He called back the next day (Saturday), and said they would be able to come Monday. Responsive, efficient, nice, courteous, and competent. The new bars are exactly what I need, and that’s a big load off my mind.

When he came home, he couldn't put weight on his leg and had to use a wheelchair.  After trying unsuccessfully to get him in the house through the front door that only has 2 steps, I searched for temporary wheelchair ramps.

A friend recommended Senior Home Solutions.  This company was so kind and professional.  When I explained my situation, they came out the same day.  They went over all the details with me.  They measured the front porch and the steps onto the porch and into the house.  Within one day they had installed the ramp.  They checked on us regularly to ensure the ramp was working for us.  They were so kind and compassionate.

Oh, and their pricing was incredibly reasonable.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with making their home more accessible.

And they are going out of their way to try to provide me with a solution to an odd architectural issue with my house. After an emergency knee surgery that left me temporarily in a wheelchair with no way to get in or out of the house, I didn’t know what to do. A quick search lead me to Senior Home Solutions as an option for temporary rental ramps. 

They are upfront, kind, courteous, and hard workers that are here to help us in need.

Our master bath is now a dream to walk into. We didn’t even know what we wanted, but Matt helped us pick out everything from fixtures to countertops, tile and paint color! Kudos to Senior Home Solutions for outstanding workmanship and customer service while finishing our bonus room above our garage.  When we first moved into our home, our girls were 8, 10 and 10 years old... so sharing a room was manageable and fun.  Five years later, their bedroom space was less than ideal. Fortunately, with some awesome collaboration (and a great idea regarding the staircase), SHS successfully provided an additional bedroom and bathroom for our two oldest girls. We greatly appreciate  Matthew Welch and his hardworking team.  Steve, Tom, Evan Welch and Mike not only did great work, but our whole family enjoyed interacting with them. We especially appreciated their attention to keeping their work area cleaned up each day so our house didn't feel like it was under construction.
