They gave my father back the freedom to go in and out of his house again without the worry of falling or losing his balance on the steps that once kept him from enjoying the outdoors. One phone call is all it took and Matt came out right away to take measurements – but not only that – he went above and beyond by spending time with my parents, listening to their needs and installing exactly what it was that they would need to allow my father to get in and out of the house safely.
