Matthew answered the phone personally and said he would try to fit the job into their schedule. He called back the next day (Saturday), and said they would be able to come Monday. Responsive, efficient, nice, courteous, and competent. The new bars are exactly what I need, and that’s a big load off my mind.

I called on a Sunday to ask for grab bars that my 90-year-old mother urgently needed, and three new bars were installed the next morning. When he came home, he couldn't put weight on his leg and had to use a wheelchair.  After trying unsuccessfully to get him in the house through the front door that only has 2 steps, I searched for temporary wheelchair ramps.

A friend recommended Senior Home Solutions.  This company was so kind and professional.  When I explained my situation, they came out the same day.  They went over all the details with me.  They measured the front porch and the steps onto the porch and into the house.  Within one day they had installed the ramp.  They checked on us regularly to ensure the ramp was working for us.  They were so kind and compassionate.

Oh, and their pricing was incredibly reasonable.

And they are going out of their way to try to provide me with a solution to an odd architectural issue with my house. Everyone with whom I dealt was friendly professional explained everything clearly. I cannot imagine working with a better group of people. While picking him up Tuesday morning, I saw firsthand the difficulty he was having going down his front stairs. I found Senior Home Solutions via a Google search, left a voicemail (it was ~6am) and received a call back within a couple hours.  My experience during the call was great, he answered all my questions and gave a clear outline of the process. More importantly to me, they were willing and able to move quickly to get this sorted with the time I had. They had someone out to measure the next day and the ramp itself installed on the following. From first phone call to rolling my dad down the ramp, it was less than 48 hours.

TLDR - excellent company, highly recommended. In a difficult situation, they really made things a heck of a lot easier and I’m extremely grateful.
