We weren’t expecting my husband home from the hospital for two weeks, but they are discharging him early. We needed the ramp up quickly. They came the next day after calling to schedule. Matthew answered the phone personally and said he would try to fit the job into their schedule. He called back the next day (Saturday), and said they would be able to come Monday. When he came home, he couldn't put weight on his leg and had to use a wheelchair.  After trying unsuccessfully to get him in the house through the front door that only has 2 steps, I searched for temporary wheelchair ramps.

A friend recommended Senior Home Solutions.  This company was so kind and professional.  When I explained my situation, they came out the same day.  They went over all the details with me.  They measured the front porch and the steps onto the porch and into the house.  Within one day they had installed the ramp.  They checked on us regularly to ensure the ramp was working for us.  They were so kind and compassionate.

Oh, and their pricing was incredibly reasonable.

And they are going out of their way to try to provide me with a solution to an odd architectural issue with my house.
