The Constraint: We had multiple constraints in this project,We had to extend the bathroom. Into. The customer's bedroom. Closet in order to gain more space in the bathroom to navigate. As well as widen multiple doorways. Without. Affecting the buildings Structure.
Action Taken: Our team had to take detailed drawings and submit for multiple permits to complete the work.
Speed Factor: Due to our relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers we were easily able to complete the entire project within a three week period.
Client Outcome: The client gained significant quality of life within her house and was able to navigate both her bathroom and bedroom safely.
