Our only option in this situation because of the condo association was to go through the garage and we still needed area for a car to pull in and be able to unload passenger safely. The customer also wanted to access into the house from a step system all within the limited space that we had within the garage.
Action Taken: Our team got out, took measurements and came up with a solution where we would install a wooden step system and wooden platform at the door entry, and then run our aluminum ramp system around the walls of the garage To provide enough room for the customers card to pull into the garage.
Speed Factor: Because we keep ramp inventory at our facility, we were able to get this ramp and custom platform and stairs built and installed within 72 hours of initial contact with the customer.
Client Outcome: the client was very happy with the solution that we came up with and now has a ramp system to take their husband into the house out of the rain and adhere to the HOA standards.
