The Constraint: All items had to be installed within a short time period as he was going to be discharged soon.
Action Taken: Our team went out and look measurements for the ramp and stairlift on a Sunday and installed the wheelchair ramp a few days later. At the end of that same week the stairlift was installed.
Speed Factor: All materials were installed within the end of the week and both the ramp and the stairlift only took two hours to complete each.
Client Outcome: The client now has safe access to his home from the covered garage and access to the second floor of the home using the stairlift.
